Responsibilities
- Journeyman Carpenter status or equivalent framing experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of framing or structural carpentry experience
- Proven experience with framing repairs and structural carpentry support
- Strong knowledge of framing tools, saws, and jobsite safety
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site drawings, and framing layouts
- High level of accuracy and craftsmanship
- Proficient with nail guns, framing tools, carpentry hand tools, and skilsaws
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Commitment to jobsite safety and professional conduct
The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $35/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
