Job Description

PRST is looking for an experienced commercial HVAC professional for a full time/ temp to hire opportunity in Suitland, MD. This role involves working in a commercial office setting to ensure systems run efficiently and effectively, contributing to the comfort and safety of our clients.

In this full- time role, you'll earn 30-32.50 per hour (based on experience & need for per diem), enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule. $1000 sign on bonus offered which would be paid out weekly starting with the first paycheck.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
Change out filters, clean coils, and conduct inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
Diagnose and repair HVAC issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

10+ years of commercial HVAC experience with proven expertise in preventative maintenance and repairs.
EPA/Universal Certification is required.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work either a day or evening shift

The hourly rate for this position is $30-$32.50/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
