Job Title: Commercial Concrete Finisher
Location: Commercial Job Site
Pay: DOE
Schedule: 1 day project (Thursday 7/23)
- Place, spread, level, and finish concrete on commercial construction projects.
- Perform screeding, floating, edging, troweling, and broom finishing.
- Set forms, check grades, and assist with concrete pours.
- Apply surface treatments and curing compounds as required.
- Repair concrete imperfections, cracks, and surface defects.
- Operate hand and power tools, including power trowels, vibratory screeds, and concrete saws.
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while following OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist with site cleanup and material handling as needed.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial concrete finishing experience.
- Experience with slabs, sidewalks, curbs, foundations, and structural concrete.
- Ability to perform smooth, broom, and exposed aggregate finishes.
- Knowledge of concrete placement techniques, curing methods, and finishing equipment.
- Ability to read tape measures and construction drawings.
- Must have reliable transportation and arrive on time.
- Must have all required PPE, including hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, and work boots.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.

The hourly rate for this position is $26 - $39/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
