Job Description
Interpret construction plans to ensure forms are built to exact specifications.
Install forms accurately, ensuring they are level, plumb, and aligned for the structure’s foundation.
Remove forms after the concrete has cured without damaging the structure.
Use tools to cut rebar to appropriate lengths and bend it into required shapes.
Position rebar according to blueprints and structural requirements.
Use wire and tying tools to secure intersections and connections between rebar pieces.
Ensure rebar frameworks are stable and correctly positioned within the forms.
Responsibilities
Proficiency in cutting, bending, tying, and securing rebar and other reinforcements.
Ability to interpret structural designs and translate them into accurate form and rebar work.
Precision in measurements, alignment, and securing reinforcements.
The hourly rate for this position is $22-$27/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
