Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades (PRST) is seeking a motivated Construction Laborer to support an active construction project.
This position will assist the General Contractor with site cleanup, material handling, and other general labor tasks to help keep the project running efficiently and safely.
Job Duties Include:
- Performing site cleanup and debris removal
- Assisting the General Contractor with daily labor needs
- Moving and organizing materials
- Loading and unloading supplies
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Supporting various trades as needed
- Following all job site safety procedures
- Position: Construction Laborer
- Location: Meriden
- Pay Rate: $22
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Shift: Day Shift 7am Start Time
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Parking: Available Onsite
Responsibilities
- Previous construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist where needed
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work safely in an active construction environment

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
