Pay Rate: $47/hour
Project Duration: Approximately 2 years
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start time
About the Project
We are seeking experienced P2 Licensed Plumbers to join our team on a large-scale, multi-family residential development in Bridgeport, CT. The project consists of 420 apartment units and will include both rough and finish plumbing phases. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work and a stable environment for skilled tradespeople.
Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, waste systems, and fixtures according to project specifications and building codes.

Perform rough-in and finish plumbing for multi-unit residential buildings.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and materials needed.

Collaborate with supervisors, general contractors, and other trades to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards.

Conduct system testing to ensure proper installation and compliance with plumbing codes.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment and adhere to all OSHA and site safety requirements.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Must hold a valid P2 (Journeyperson) Plumbing License in the state of Connecticut.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing (multi-family preferred).
Strong understanding of rough and finish plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Must possess reliable transportation and own hand tools and drills.
OSHA 10 certification required prior to start.
Additional Details
Parking: Available across the street from the jobsite.
Tools Required: Standard hand tools and cordless drills.
Work Environment: Fast-paced, safety-focused, long-term project with steady hours.

The hourly rate for this position is $$47/hr/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
