Job Description

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring for an Electrical Superintendent for a Fort Walton Beach, FL location project for a long-term, multi-family and hotel construction project. This is a leadership role to oversee electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and timeline management. In this role, you will earn up to $48hr + $600 weekly per diem (IF ELIGIBLE FOR TRAVEL) and enjoy weekly pay. Interested and available, apply now!

Responsibilities

3 years minimum of Hospitality experience either as an installer or lead,
4 years minimum of superintendent experience
Local with desire to travel for future projects
Must be able to lead a crew of 8-10 workers
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

The hourly rate for this position is $48/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
