Tools Required: NONE – tools are provided by MGC-crew (2 Specialists / Supervisors)
PPE Required: steel toes boots, hard hat, safety glasses and FR-clothing requirements: Long Sleeve Shirt and Long Pants. Customer has the FR Vests.

Responsibilities
Attend and actively participate in daily "tool-box meetings" to discuss the day's scope of work and on-site safety procedures.
Assist in conducting a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) or Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) by helping to identify potential hazards for specific tasks and documenting safety controls.
Installation and Construction
Prepare and install support structures, such as racks, trays, and brackets, to hold electrical components.
Assist with the installation of busbars, which are metal bars used to conduct electricity within switchgear, panel boards, and busways.
Use small to medium-sized chain hoists and other lifting equipment to safely move and position heavy electrical components.
Under supervision, install connection splices and joints to properly connect busbars and other large cables, ensuring proper alignment and contact.
Perform grounding and bonding of enclosures and equipment to ensure a safe electrical path to the ground.
Install enclosure boxes, such as junction boxes and other electrical housings, as directed.
The hourly rate for this position is $35-45/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
