Job Description
- Bend, thread, and install rigid conduit ranging from ¾" to 3".
- Install conduit within a few feet of HVAC units and electrical disconnects.
- Operate conduit bending and threading equipment.
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, and properly position conduit according to project requirements.
- Assist HVAC installation crews with various tasks as needed.
- Work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Responsibilities
- Previous experience bending, threading, and installing rigid conduit preferred.
- Ability to work with conduit sizes from ¾" through 3".
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
- HVAC installation experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
The hourly rate for this position is $$35/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
