Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Build and wire electrical control panels using schematics and wiring diagrams
- Read and follow detailed assembly and testing instructions and accurately document results
- Install and label sensors using P&ID drawings
- Perform electrical underground, rough-in, trim-out, finish, and service work
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical equipment, machinery, and systems
- Work with AC/DC circuits, electrical components, wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Read and interpret technical manuals, specifications, plans, and drawings
- Coordinate with technicians, engineers, supervisors, and other trades to complete work efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow all safety requirements, including LOTO, arc-flash safety, PPE, and tool safety
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Journey-level electrical experience
- California Journeyman Certification, Electrical Trainee (ET) Card, or relevant electrical degree/technical certification
- Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, components, and AC/DC theory
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams
- Scissor Lift Certification
- Strong knowledge of electrical tools and materials
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 30
- Forklift Certification
- Experience managing electrical parts and materials
- Manufacturing or industrial electrical experience
- Commercial/residential construction or telecommunications electrical experience

The hourly rate for this position is $40-$55/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
