Job Description
Pay Range:
Pay is based on experience and equipment proficiency.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime may be available

Equipment Experience Preferred
- Front-End Loaders
- Excavators
- Bulldozers
- Crushing Equipment
- Other heavy earthmoving or aggregate production equipment
- This is not a forklift position
Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy equipment in excavation and aggregate production environments
- Load, move, and stockpile materials
- Feed and operate crushing equipment
- Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation work
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
- Work efficiently as part of a production-focused team
Responsibilities
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment in excavation, mining, quarry, or aggregate production
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to both work locations
- Strong safety mindset and dependable attendance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
The hourly rate for this position is $22-$28/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
