Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Perform daily building walkthroughs and inspections

Complete work orders and log maintenance activities
-
Respond to facility service calls and building issues
-
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
-
Monitor building systems and equipment for proper operation
-
Assist with preventive maintenance, including HVAC filter changes
-
Work with contractors and vendors as needed
-
Support office moves and event setups
-
Assist with snow removal, grounds work, and roof repairs as needed
-
Be available for after-hours emergencies
Responsibilities
Provide own basic hand tools for minor repairs
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
- Lift and move materials, supplies, and equipment weighing a minimum of 55 lbs
- Perform physically demanding tasks including bending, climbing, and carrying
The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 - 27.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
