Licensed Connecticut P2 P1 Plumbers
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking skilled and licensed P1 or P2 Connecticut Plumbers to join a major multi-year project involving full rough and finish plumbing installation for 420 residential apartment units. This long-term opportunity offers stable work, competitive pay, and consistent hours on a high-volume residential construction site.
Positions Needed: P1 and or P2 Connecticut-Licensed Plumbers
Start Date: Immediately
Project Length: 2 Years
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Parking located across the street from jobsite
OSHA 10: Required
Pay Rate: $46–$47/hr

Job Description
The plumber will be responsible for all phases of plumbing installation, including underground work, in-wall systems, risers, fixture installations, system testing, and final trim-out. Work will involve significant coordination with other trades to ensure that all plumbing systems meet code, schedule, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Rough Plumbing
- Install underground and in-wall piping systems (hot/cold domestic water, sanitary waste, and vent lines)
- Install main risers, branch lines, and stub-outs per approved plans
- Coordinate layout and installation with framing, electrical, HVAC, and fire protection teams
- Perform pressure and leak testing on all piping systems before concealment
- Connect all plumbing systems to building water and sewer mains

2. Finish Plumbing
- Install and connect all plumbing fixtures and equipment, including:
- Toilets, lavatories, bathtubs, showers
- Kitchen sinks, faucets, dishwashers
- Water heaters and washing machine hookups
- Set and seal trim and finish components
- Conduct system testing to verify leak-free performance and proper operation
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Install and connect all plumbing fixtures and equipment, including:

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active Connecticut P1 or P2 Plumbing License
- Experience with large-scale residential construction preferred
- Strong skills in rough and finish plumbing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plumbing schematics
- Must have OSHA 10 certification
- Must supply personal hand tools and drills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple trades
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

The hourly rate for this position is $47.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
