Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for Commercial Properties in the Phoenix Metro Area.
Responsibilities
All around knowledgeable building maintenance person, knowledge of plumbing, electric and HVAC.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must Have at least 5+ years Commercial Building Maintenance experience
- Must Have Tools of the Trade
- Must have Universal / EPA certification
- Must have reliable Transportation
- Must Pass Background Check and Drug Test
