Job Description
Full-time PRST is currently seeking experienced Facility Maintenance Technicians for a temp-to-permanent opportunity. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented professionals with strong hands-on maintenance experience who are committed to maintaining safe, efficient, and well-functioning facilities in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned daily maintenance work orders and service requests
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facility components
- Conduct basic repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance
- Assist with facility inspections, unit turnovers, and overall property upkeep
- Troubleshoot equipment and building-related issues, identify root causes, and implement timely corrective actions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
- Support ongoing facility operations and ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and professionally
- Document completed work and communicate maintenance needs to supervisors as required
Responsibilities
- Some maintenance experience or related hands-on skills
- Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general repair work
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and work efficiently
- Dependable attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
The hourly rate for this position is $$30/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
