Maintenance Technician

Overview

Responsibilities

• Basic Carpentry including cabinet and door repair, trim repair, hanging and repairing drywall
• Painting
• Basic Plumbing including installing fixtures, troubleshooting leaks and clogs.
• Basic electrical like changing outlets, switches and light fixtures.
• Appliance maintenance
• Hanging signage
• Driving and monitoring maintenance needs for vehicles.
• Lifting and moving materials as needed.
• Cleaning and custodial duties as needed.
• Maintain safety practices at all times

Qualifications & Experience

• • Must have previous experience working as a carpenter or maintenance technician.
• • Must be familiar with maintenance concepts
• • Must be familiar with tools for carpentry, electrical, painting and plumbing.
• • Must be familiar with construction safety practices
• • Must be at least 18 years old.
• • Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• • Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and motor vehicle history check.
