Job Description
Position Details
- Form Construction: Build, assemble, and align formwork systems using wood, plywood, or modular metal systems.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure precise layouts and dimensions.
- Precision Layout: Measure, mark, and cut materials using transit levels, lasers, and chalk lines to maintain level, plumb, and square forms.
- Structural Reinforcement: Install rebar, wire mesh, anchor bolts, and embeds to strengthen concrete structures.
- Concrete Support: Assist in pouring concrete, using vibrators to remove air bubbles, and performing basic finishing work.
- Mason Tender Duties: Mix mortar and grout, carry bricks and blocks, clean work areas, and assist masons with various tasks.
Responsibilities
- OSHA 10 Certification (Required).
- Type I or Type II Hard Hat with Chin Strap (Required).
- Ability to perform moderately heavy lifting.
- Familiarity with basic construction techniques.
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to safety protocols.

The hourly rate for this position is $22-25.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
