Job Description
As Skilled Laborer with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you’ll support Painting and Waterproofing throughout Boca Raton, FL. Responsibilities
Hours: Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians) as needed
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects, moving materials, and cleaning up work areas
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines
Experience:
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Qualifications & Experience
- Be at least 18+ years of age
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience in the commercial construction clean up is preferred
