Job Description
As a Pile Driver with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you’ll support our customer on a commercial and marine projects located in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you’ll earn up to $24 an hour (based on experience), enjoy weekly pay, and health insurance benefits.

Responsibilities
- Assembling pile driving leads, connecting hoses, rigging material and equipment
- Shakeout of items to be installed into erectable sequence and rigging of same for crane hoisting with a thorough knowledge and use of crane signals
- Loads, transports and unloads material, tools, equipment and supplies
- Assist other craft workers as needed
- Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity
- Inspect subordinate's work for compliance with the contract plans and specifications, point out deficiencies and explain and take any corrective action needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2+ years verifiable experience in the trade
- Must have all required tools
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by the workload
- Observe and comply with all safety and project rules. Performs other duties as required
- Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with management/supervision
The hourly rate for this position is $22.00-$24.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
