Residential Electrician

Overview

Responsibilities

Hours: Monday - Friday | 8 hour shifts

** Experience in Residential Underground Electrical Phase is Highly Preferred

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, or repair electrical new or existing electrical systems
• Review blueprints and building code specifications to determine work details and procedures
• Measure, bend, and cut appropriate electrical conduit in all phases of residential electrical construction
• Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code as well as all safety codes

Qualifications & Experience

• Be at least 18+ years of age
• 2 or more years of proven experience as an Electrician in the residential field
• Proficient with electrical processes & codes
• Competent with reading blueprints, drawings, & diagrams
• Ability to bend and run conduit
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the commercial field preferred
• Prior experience using hand tools, power tools, conduit benders
• The hourly rate for this position is $27-$30/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
