Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades (PRST) is seeking a motivated Site Safety Representative for an active construction project in Bristol, CT.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and enforcing job site safety procedures, conducting safety observations, and helping ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Candidates should have experience in a safety role or a construction supervisory role with a strong understanding of construction site safety practices.
Job Duties Include:
- Monitoring job site safety compliance
- Conducting routine safety inspections and observations
- Assisting with site safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Identifying and addressing potential hazards
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Working closely with project management and field personnel
- Maintaining safety documentation and reporting incidents as required
- Promoting a culture of safety throughout the project

- Location: Bristol, CT
- Pay Rate: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Start Time: 7:00 AM
- Job Type: Construction Project

Responsibilities
- OSHA 30 Certification required
- Previous experience in a construction safety role preferred
- Construction supervisory experience with OSHA 30 will be considered
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and job site safety practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with workers, supervisors, and management
- Reliable transportation
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work Monday–Friday starting at 7:00 AM

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 - 32.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
