Job Description
- Hours: Monday – Friday 40+hrs
- Assist with setting forms, placing rebar, and prepping sites for concrete pours
Help with mixing, pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support crew leads and follow direction to complete tasks on schedule
Perform general labor duties such as moving materials, cleaning tools, and site cleanup - Length of Assignment – 6+ months

Responsibilities
- Be at least 18+ years of age
- OSHA-10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it
- Prior experience in concrete or other commercial construction required
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic - Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience in the commercial field required
The hourly rate for this position is $24.90/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
