PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking dependable and hardworking Electrical Helpers to support commercial electrical contractors on projects in the Sparks, NV 89434 area. Job Title: Electrical Helper
Location: Sparks, NV 89434
Pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, project-based work

Job Responsibilities
Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
Run, pull, and route wire or cable as directed
Help install conduit, boxes, panels, lighting, and electrical devices
Measure, cut, bend, and assemble conduit under supervision
Use hand tools and power tools safely and properly
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Move materials, set up equipment, and assist with job site preparation
Follow all safety procedures and direction from journeyman electricians, foremen, and supervisors
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Previous electrical helper or construction experience preferred
Ability to take direction and work safely in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of electrical tools and materials is a plus
Must be comfortable working on active commercial construction sites
Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and stand for long periods
Must have reliable transportation to Sparks, NV 89434
PPE required, including hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, pants, and work boots

The hourly rate for this position is $26-$30/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
