Job Description
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and functional spaces.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Conduct daily facility inspections and record maintenance activities
- Respond to service calls and resolve maintenance requests efficiently
- Identify and report safety or security concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environmen
Responsibilities
Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshooting guides
Strong attention to detail and safety-focused mindset
Basic tools and PPE preferred
The hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
