Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Skilled Laborer to assist with a variety of construction, industrial, and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand and power tools, working safely on job sites, and supporting skilled trades while maintaining quality workmanship.

Perform general labor and construction support tasks.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, welders, and other skilled trades as needed.
Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials as directed.
Perform demolition, site cleanup, and debris removal.
Dig trenches, backfill, and prepare job sites.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

Previous construction, industrial, or skilled labor experience preferred.
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

The hourly rate for this position is $/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
