Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades has immediate positions available for experienced Sprinkler Fitters in St. Petersburg, FL for commercial new construction and retro fit projects.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for inspection, installation, and repair of Wet, Dry, Pre-Action, Deluge, and Foam systems.
- Installation of valves, devices, and trim for system risers, alarm valves, dry pipe valves, pre-action, and deluge valves including backflow prevention devices.
- Fabricate, cut, groove, thread, and glue piping.
- Responsible for identifying trouble areas and performing service to ensure that sprinkler systems are operating properly.
- Receive, unload, distribute, and lay out material.
Qualifications & Experience
- Knowledge installing, inspecting, and repairing Wet, Dry, Pre-Action, Deluge, and Foam Systems.
- Experience working with various piping to include but not limited to schedule 10, schedule 40, schedule 7, CPVC, C-900, Schedule 7, and ductile iron.
- Ability and experience to utilize tools and equipment of the trade including but not limited to hand tools, saws, drills, lifts, ladders, etc.
