Job Description
- Hours: 5X8's, Monday-Friday, 40+ hours
- Manage all on-site aspects of assigned maintenance and repair projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Contracting Officer (KO), and Functional Manager.
Develop and oversee detailed daily and weekly site plans, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, scope, and resources.
Track project progress and ensure compliance with milestones and deadlines.
Conduct regular site meetings, providing status updates and addressing any deviations.
Facilitate communication between site teams, clients, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Manage conflicts and risks on-site, taking corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and contractual standards.
Implement best practices to improve site performance and project outcomes.
Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including logs, reports, and correspondence.
Present progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
Supervise on-site staff, managers, and vendors to manage resources effectively.
Directly oversee a crew of nine employees.
Monitor resource utilization and address any labor or resource issues. - Length of Assignment – 12+ months

Responsibilities
- Be at least 21+ years of age
- 5–10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar leadership role in construction.
5–10+ years of experience in Facilities Repair and Management (preferred).
Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations, particularly within military environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage on-site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timeline adherence.
Proficiency in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources on-site.
Physical ability to traverse facilities with multiple heights via ladder, remain active (standing or moving) more than 50% of the day, lift weights of 20+ pounds, and perform related tasks. - Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience in the commercial field required
The hourly rate for this position is $40-$47/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
