Job Description
Position Details:
- Role: Commercial Superintendent
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in commercial construction
- Certifications: OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain)
- Schedule: 50+ hours per week
- Pay: $50/hour
- Per Diem: $600/week
Responsibilities
- Proven track record as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and project management.
- Possess OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work extended hours and manage priorities effectively.
The hourly rate for this position is $50/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
