Job Description
Pay Rate: $30-$38 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Job Type: Temp- to – hire
• Load, unload, transport, and deliver construction materials
• Verify incoming and outgoing deliveries for accuracy
• Report missing, damaged, or incorrect materials
• Maintain an organized warehouse and inventory system
• Stage tools, equipment, and materials for upcoming job sites
• Track materials assigned to specific projects
• Assist with job site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal
• Conduct basic vehicle, trailer, and equipment inspections
• Track and schedule preventive maintenance for company vehicles and equipment
• Maintain accurate delivery, inventory, and maintenance records
• Follow company safety policies and job site procedures
• Perform additional warehouse and construction support duties as assigned
Responsibilities
• Experience coordinating materials for multiple construction projects is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Valid commercial driver medical card required
• CDL preferred but not required
• Ability to safely load, secure, transport, and unload heavy materials
• Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and materials preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, foremen, vendors, and team members
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Strong safety awareness
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
• Constant lifting of materials weighing up to 10 pounds
• Frequent lifting and handling of materials weighing up to 110 pounds
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, handling, and fine-motor coordination
• Ability to safely enter and exit vehicles, trailers, warehouses, and active construction areas
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, heights, vehicles, tools, and heavy equipment
• May require early-morning, evening, or weekend shifts depending on project needs
• Personal protective equipment must be worn as required

The hourly rate for this position is $30-$38/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
