Karah Bradshaw

Vice President, Marketing & Communications

As Vice President of Marketing & Communications, Bradshaw leads PeopleReady’s award-winning MarCom practice. With over 13 years of diverse marketing and communications experience, Bradshaw leverages a deep understanding of consumer behavior to develop omni-channel strategies that drive brand engagement and capture market share.

Prior to joining PeopleReady in 2020, Bradshaw held leadership roles in marketing and communications at TrueBlue’s Staff Management | SMX, Davenport University, and XG Sciences. Bradshaw earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from Grand Valley State University and a certificate in marketing strategy from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. A “Mitten State” native, Bradshaw currently resides in West Michigan.
