Overview

Responsibilities

• Working with metal and wood framing and roof truss components
• Using hand or electric tools to fabricate, cut, and install framework
• Reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
• Helping place and secure wood during the building process
• Being confident in framing, measuring, trim work, and finishing work
• Installing high end kitchen cabinets and other fixtures

Qualifications & Experience

• Experienced with HIGH END FINISHES
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Five years of finish/rough residential carpentry experience
• Strong scheduling and blueprint reading skills as well as knowledge of metal stud/wood framing, material management, metal doors, hardware install, drywall, trim, cabinets/counter tops, suspended grid, tile install, etc.
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites daily
• Excellent math skills
• OSHA 10 preferred – PeopleReady will help provide your OSHA training
• Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds in order to load and unload wood and other materials as well as carry needed tools and materials to and from the jobsite
• Possess tools of the trade and able to bring with you to the jobsite daily
• Must have a clean background and possess a valid driver's license
• Able to work in all types of temperatures and weather conditions
• The hourly rate for this position is $27-30/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
