Job Description

We are seeking experienced Finish Carpenters to assist with the installation of crown molding and base trim on a commercial project. Candidates must have experience with finish carpentry, be able to make precise cuts, and provide their own chop saw and nail gun.

Install crown molding, baseboards, and finish trim.
Measure, cut, and fit trim for a clean, professional finish.
Operate a chop/miter saw and finish nail gun safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints or layout instructions.
Ensure all trim is level, plumb, and securely fastened.
Perform touch-ups and adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Minimum of 3 years of finish carpentry experience.
Experience installing crown molding, baseboards, and interior trim.
Must have your own chop/miter saw and finish nail gun.
Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate finish work.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift.

The hourly rate for this position is $30-$30/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
