HVAC Installer

Overview

Responsibilities

Hours: 5x8's, Monday-Friday, 40+ hours

Installing HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Assisting in the design and layout of HVAC systems to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness based on building specifications.

Ductwork Installation: Installing and connecting ductwork and vents to ensure proper airflow throughout the building.

Making electrical connections for HVAC units, including wiring thermostats and ensuring compliance with local codes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Be at least 18+ years of age
• At least 4 years of HVAC Sheet Metal Installation
• Diagnosing and repairing issues with existing HVAC systems
• Adhering to safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
• Keeping accurate records of installations, maintenance performed
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• The hourly rate for this position is $22-$35/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
