Job Description: Plumber – Service Technician
Level: Mid-Level to Journeymen
Location: Site and Shop
Pay Rate: $35.00 – $49.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and light commercial properties.
- Performing service, maintenance, repair, and installation work.
- Servicing water heaters, tankless systems, fixtures, piping, drains, and sewer systems.
- Educating customers on repair and replacement options.
- Building trust through honest recommendations and exceptional service.
- Completing work efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate job documentation and service records.
- Following company safety standards and procedures.
- Participating in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications
- Commercial service plumbing experience.
- Water heater and tankless installation expertise.
- Drain cleaning and sewer diagnostic experience.
- Required Certifications: Backflow certification.
- Licenses: Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
- Technical Skills: Experience using field service software and mobile technology.

The hourly rate for this position is $35.00 - $49.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
