Job Description
- Picking up parts and materials from local suppliers.
- Delivering parts, equipment, and materials to technicians at job sites.
- Receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintaining accurate inventory counts and tracking stock levels.
- Organizing and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
- Assembling shelving, storage systems, office furniture, and other equipment as needed.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Assisting with warehouse organization and continuous improvement projects.
- Keeping company vehicles clean and organized.
- Supporting technicians and office staff with operational needs.
- Performing general warehouse duties and facility upkeep.

Responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Tools Required: None.
- PPE: Steel-toed boots and other PPE required.
- Background Check: Yes, with MVR.
- Drug Screen: Yes, drug screen required.
The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
