Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Painter to support a commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will be skilled in prepping surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and delivering clean, professional finishes throughout the job site. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work safely in an active construction environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prep surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and masking as needed
• Apply paint, coatings, primers, and sealants using brush, roll, and spray methods
• Finish walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and architectural elements to a high-quality standard
• Mix and match paints for proper color and consistency
• Cover and protect work areas to prevent overspray or damage
• Perform touch-ups, repairs, and final finish work
• Read and follow project specifications and finish schedules
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area

 

Responsibilities

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a commercial painter on construction projects
• Proficient with brush, roll, and basic spray applications
• Strong surface prep skills and knowledge of paint types and coatings
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Must have own basic painting tools and required PPE

The hourly rate for this position is $19.00-23.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
