Job Description
We are currently seeking two skilled Rough Carpenters / Concrete Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for demolishing existing doors, constructing new curbs for door frames if necessary, and installing frames and hollow metal doors. Additionally, you will be involved in exterior work, including rebar installation and concrete pouring. If you are experienced, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a challenge, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Hours: Monday - Friday 40+ hours
Demolition: Safely remove existing doors and related structures.
Curb Construction: Build new curbs for door frames as needed, ensuring they meet industry standards and project requirements.
Frame Installation: Accurately install door frames, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
Door Installation: Install hollow metal doors, including hardware and any necessary adjustments.
Concrete Work: Prepare, install, and finish concrete for exterior applications, following project specifications.
Rebar Installation: Properly place and secure rebar to support concrete structures.
Adhere to Safety Standards: Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Collaboration: Work effectively with the construction team to ensure project success.
Qualifications & Experience
- Be at least 18+ years of age
- Proven experience as a Rough Carpenter or Concrete Carpenter.
- Knowledge of carpentry and concrete construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and stamina for manual labor.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience in the commercial field required
- Prior experience using Power tools and hand tools required
- Position may require a drug screen
