Job Description
- Assist staff with water well projects, including manually rotating drill bits to dig wells.
- Use hand wrenches, hand tools, and manual labor for well digging in areas where machinery is not feasible.
- Dig trenches and pull piping as required.
- Help lift heavy items such as tanks and other materials.
- Follow directions from the project team to ensure safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Must speak English.
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license is required.
- Must report to the company shop daily to be dispatched to the job site with the crew.
- Ability to work flexible hours and availability for overtime, depending on project progress.
- All tools will be provided by the company.
- Must have your own PPE, including:
- Hard hat
- Safety vest
- Safety glasses
- Gloves
- Pants
- Steel or composite toe work boots
- Parking is available on-site.
- Hands-on, rewarding work in a supportive team environment.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
