Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Skilled Laborer to support site cleanup and assist Tile Mechanics on an active construction project in Bridgeport. This role is ideal for someone with construction site experience and some flooring knowledge who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe job site, removing debris, moving materials, prepping work areas, and assisting Tile Mechanics with tools, materials, and general support tasks. Candidates should be punctual, safety-focused, and comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday.
This is a long-term project (minimum 4 months) offering steady hours and consistent work.

Responsibilities
Valid OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
Previous construction experience required
Some flooring or tile knowledge preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and punctuality
The hourly rate for this position is $23.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
