With our Respect the Craft program, your hours reset annually. This means you can continue to hit milestones and unlock prizes year after year as you build your career at PeopleReady Skilled Trades!

Important Details:

  • Eligible hours worked are tracked starting with January 1, 2024. No previous hours will be counted towards the program.
  • Workers on marine job sites are not eligible for the Respect the Craft program.
  • Information on all features of the revamped Respect the Craft program is available at skilled.peopleready.com/respect.

No, there’s no need to keep track of your own hours. We’ll do that for you.

You will first receive an email from our team informing you of your achievement. This email will also include a form where you will enter your sizing information (if applicable), prize selection (if applicable) and shipping address. We’ll mail your prize(s) to the address listed on the form.

No, hours reset each year on January 1. That means you’ll need to work 520 hours in the new year to reach Milestone 1 and receive your first prize. From there, your hours will continue to accumulate, and you’ll be eligible to reach more milestones and receive more prizes.
