Job Description
- install and assemble kitchen and bathroom cabinets in multi-family units
- Perform interior painting and finish work (walls, trim, doors, and common areas)
- Complete finish carpentry and punch-out work during unit remodels
- Install and repair doors, trim, baseboards, and hardware
- Assist with unit turns, remodel upgrades, and renovation projects
- Perform drywall patching and minor framing repairs as needed
- Maintain clean and safe work areas on active commercial job sites
- Follow OSHA safety standards and site supervisor direction
Responsibilities
The hourly rate for this position is $$25.00 - $30.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
