Responsibilities
💪 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week - OT assigned as needed
- Load and unload HVAC tools and materials on-site
- Installing a/c, heat pumps or any needed equipment
- Custom fabrication as needed for support structures, piping systems and ductwork
- Installing controls, thermostats and/or automated systems for regulating temperature and air flow
- Construct sheet metal components and cold boxes using hand tools and benders
- Install rigid and flex duct, along with ceiling and wall vents
- Experience with a variety of materials used like galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel & fiberglass & plastic board
- Testing system performance and ventilation systems by evaluating air flow, checking for leaks and checking pressure
Qualifications & Experience
- ✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Must be 21+ years old
- Commercial HVAC experience required
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Physically able to stand, bend, and lift 50 lbs throughout the day
- Willing to obtain any required certifications (we’ll help!)

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00-$30.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
