Job Description

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians
- Plan and layout wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and electrical panel locations
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures
- Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose issues
- Train and mentor electricians in safety protocols and job skills
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are available for projects
- Monitor the work of electricians to ensure quality of work meets standards
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in electrical installation and wiring
- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Working knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Able to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
The hourly rate for this position is $35.00-$38.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
