ELECTRICIAN

Responsibilities

Hours: 5X8's

●Read and follow assembly and testing instructions step by step, recording results as they are achieved

● Build electrical control panels using schematic and wiring diagrams

● Install and label various sensors using P&ID

● Maintain clean and organized workstations and work areas throughout the day.

● Maintain PPE discipline and tool safety at all times

Qualifications & Experience

• ●Associate degree or technical certification in electrical program or comparable
• experience with electrical systems
• ● Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment, machinery, and
• systems in compliance with relevant codes and safety standards
• ● Collaboration with other technicians, engineers, and supervisors to coordinate work
• activities, share information, and resolve issues effectively
• ● Understanding of electrical circuits, components, and systems, including AC/DC theory,
• wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
• ● Ability to interpret technical manuals, specifications, and drawings to perform tasks
• effectively and maintain accurate records of work performed
• ● Adherence to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe
• working environment, including lockout/tagout, arc flash safety, and personal protective
• equipment (PPE) usage
• Bonus Certifications and skills
• ● OSHA 30 hour training
• ● Forklift training certificate a plus
• ● Aptitude to manage parts
• ● Innate understanding of materials
• Relevant fields
• ● Technical school students and graduates
• ● Electrical technician in manufacturing
• ● Construction (electrical technicians work on residential and commercial)
• ● Telecommunications electrical technician
• This position requires physical activities including climbing stairs or ladders, stooping, crouching
• to work on equipment, operating machinery and occasionally lifting and carrying loads up to 50
• lbs.
