Job Description

As Forklift Operator/Laborer with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you’ll support large commercial construction contractor on a 46 story commercial project in downtown Seattle. In this Forklift Operator and Laborer role, you’ll earn $24-26 an hour and enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading construction materials from trucks
  • Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the construction site
  • Moving, securing, installing, building, and loading or unloading materials
  • Assisting in the building or construction of various things
  • Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor
  • Moving dirt or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must have valid forklift certification
  • 3+ years operating a telehandler/telescopic forklift as well as construction labor experience
  • Experience on commercial construction sites preferred
  • Verifiable work history that confirms your professional skills and experience
  • The hourly rate for this position is $24-$26/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
