Job Description
- Rough Carpentry: Execute structural framework construction, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Framing: Build precise layouts for walls, ceilings, and other structural components in adherence to blueprints and project specifications.
- Finish and Trim Carpentry: Craft and install high-quality trim, moldings, cabinetry, doors, and other detailed finishes.
- Punch-Out Work: Perform final carpentry adjustments and repairs to ensure the project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project plans to execute accurate builds.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Proven experience in rough carpentry, framing, finish and trim, and punch-out carpentry (minimum 5 years).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using a wide range of tools and equipment, including power tools and carpentry machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship in all phases of construction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to on-site challenges.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in various construction conditions.
Responsibilities
The hourly rate for this position is $28-$32/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
