Job Description
As a Fabricator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet exact specifications and exceed customer expectations. Collaborating with engineers and designers, you’ll bring technical blueprints to life while contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of production.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Operate machinery and tools like saws, welders, and CNC machines.
- Measure and cut materials with precision to meet quality standards.
- Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain equipment and a clean, safe workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in fabrication or manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of fabrication techniques and machinery.
- Certification in welding or machining.
- Experience with CNC programming and operation a plus
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and cuts.
- Problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges in the fabrication process.

The hourly rate for this position is $20- $28/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
