Job Description
PRST is seeking an experienced Framing Carpenter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in exterior construction. As a Carpenter with PRST you will support on commercial projects, earn $26-$32/hour, enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule. Responsibilities
- Perform exterior work, including the installation of decks, windows, doors.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Build and install pergolas with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Reframe roofs as part of ongoing construction projects.
- Install siding, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Operate Manual Lift, Skid Steers, and Mini Steers safely and effectively on the job site.
- Ensure that all work complies with local building codes and industry standards.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition and report any issues to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in framing and exterior carpentry.
- Proven ability to operate Manual Lifts, Skid Steers, and Mini Steers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Background check required.
The hourly rate for this position is $26.00-$32.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
