Responsibilities
- Performing light plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaky or clogged sinks
- Handling minor electrical tasks, including replacing light bulbs
- Patching and painting drywall to maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Salting icy walkways during winter months to ensure resident safety
- Providing general upkeep and maintenance across multiple properties
- 1–2 years maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings.
- Hands-on skills and knowledge in basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repair.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Ability to travel between sites
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
The hourly rate for this position is $30.00-31.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
