Job Description
– Assist and manage multiple high-end residential remodels in San Francisco and southern
Marin County
– Utilize JobTread for project specifications, change orders, schedules, and budgets
– Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
– Oversee the construction process from pre-development to post-construction
– Assist with budgeting, document compilation, and reporting
– Identify and issue Change Orders
– Resolve production problems and inefficiencies
– Support production staff and ensure timely material orders
– Verify subcontractor documentation
– Confident, humble, eager, empathetic, and innovative
– Forward-thinking and accountable with excellent communication skills
– Tech-savvy and comfortable working onsite and in our San Francisco office
– Able to stand or walk for extended periods

- Intimate familiarity with the proper execution of all facets of residential construction and
remodeling
- Can read architectural and structural plans and understand notations
- Fluency in English vocabulary, grammar, punctuation, and syntax
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word, Google Drive, Windows and project management
software
- High-school diploma minimum / College degree a plus
- Spanish-language proficiency a plus
- Clean DMV and criminal record
- Have smartphone with data plan
- Ability to pass drug tests
- Legal resident of the U. S. A.
The hourly rate for this position is $60 - $80/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
